Haven’t grown mushrooms before? Yellow Oysters are the perfect strain to start with.
Yellow Oysters boast bold flavours! Packed with protein, their delicate, small to medium size cap brings a beautiful pop of colour and flavour to any dish.
Temperature: Yellow Oysters are best grown in temperatures between 18– 23°C, keep them comfortable and they will thrive!
All they require is gentle misting 2-3 times a day.
