Pearl Oyster mushrooms are a Chef favorite here on the Quandamooka Coast! Packed with protein, their phenomenal texture easily makes them the hero of any dish.
Temperature: Pearl Oysters are best grown in temperatures between 10-24°C, keep them comfortable and they will thrive!
All they require is gentle misting 2-3 times a day.
