We are foodies at heart, and love working with Chefs to showcase gourmet mushrooms. We have a particular soft spot for european cuisines, and that’s why we called ourselves the Gourmet Champignons. (Not sorry).
We are extremely fortunate to work with some amazing restaurants, cafes and caterers along the Redlands Coast. Our collaborative “always fresh” approach has been valuable to kitchens wanting to use the freshest local gourmet ingredients and stand out from the crowd.
