On average, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our mushroom grow kits may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped depending on availability of the strain you’ve chosen. We aim to have all kits in stock, but as they are a live organism, this sometimes might not be possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, prior to payment, based on your location and items ordered.
All our kits can be shipped Australia wide apart from Western Australia as they have different bio-security laws to other states & territories.
At this stage we do not offer international shipping.
Please submit any order change requests within 24 hours of placing your order to gday@rubycreek.com.au to ensure it will be processed before your order ships.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
Please ensure your delivery information is correct when you process your order. If attempted deliveries are unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified Post Office within the nominated time frame. If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you will be charged a fee to have it shipped out again. Remember, our Grow Kits are living organisms!
