If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer need / want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused in 100% new condition within 10 days of purchasing, we just ask that you pay for shipping. Please note that our Grow Kits are non-refundable as they are a live organism and cannot be in transit for extended periods. To request a return, please contact us at: gday@rubycreek.com.au
Replacements and Refunds
We are committed to the success of your mushroom grow kit! We stand by our products 100% and are here if you have any questions or concerns. Please contact us at gday@rubycreek.com.au with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund to the equivalent amount of your product (postage not included).
If your kit hasn’t shown signs of fruiting in 14 days, please let us know at gday@rubycreek.com.au along with the following:
– The conditions you are fruiting it in, what room it’s in, along with some photos.
We will offer advice on what to try next. After you have implemented our advice and the kit still does not produce, we will resend you another grow kit at our expense!
