We’ve chosen our faithful Oysters to star in this delicious, protein-packed side dish, but many of our strains can be used in this easy to make recipe!

Yields1 Serving
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp butter
 500 g oyster mushrooms, pulled into bite size pieces or thickly sliced
 3 spring onions, chopped
 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  cup cream (optional)
  cup white wine
 2 tsp mixed spices of your choice
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
 Parmesan (optional)
Method

Heat butter and oil over low-med heat until butter melts.

Stir in mushrooms, coating in buttery goodness.

Add spring onion and garlic, cook stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in cream, wine, mixed spices, salt and pepper. Cook off wine, approximately 5-10 minutes.

Stir through parsley, option for a little parmesan cheese on top!
